28 Winter days

I haven't seen the winter in Perth for a long time. I'd forgotten the crisp mornings where dew adorns trees like jewels, spectacular golden pink sunrises, the surprise of seeing a rainbow over the ocean, walks along the beach in cool sand, stormy grey clouds on the horizon, the changing color of the sea and the clear blue skies that stretch as far as the eye can see.

It really is a magical place, no matter what the season. Perth in the summer is unbeatable... see for yourself here, here and here.

From Perth, with love xox

I can feel the calm jump through the picture of you walking on the beach. it sure must be hard to have a care in the world at that moment. Really must see Australia for myself one day! Just beautiful.

Winter in Perth looks magical indeed! The beach and the sunset is spectacular! It must be nice to escape the heat :)

If I had to travel for work, I sure wouldn't mind having to go to Chicago and it's even better if your husband joins you there on the weekends.

I hope you're enjoying your time back home sweetie! And thank you for all your support!

Hi dear, hope you're having the most wonderful time in Australia, its isn't wonderfully strange how different winters are in different countries. Everything still looks so lush and green in Perth. The fifth image took my breath away, there is so much natural beauty that I have not seen in the world, I am glad that I got the see the serene landscapes of Oz through your blog. Have a lovely weekend!

I could only gasp in wonder at these beautiful photos. The last time I was in Perth, I was there to attend my best friend's wedding. Since I was her maid of honor, we ran around like headless chooks the entire time so I never really got to explore the place.

Hope you're having a lovely time back home! That photo with the rain bow is sensational! The mornings are crisp here too, although nothing like NYC or London. Everyone keeps saying how cold it is but once you spend winters there it feels mild in Australia!

Ah we do come from a beautiful, easy country. I love that second photo the most with some steam on the ground. Ah, but I do love all your photos! Have a safe trip home my dear.

What a lovely post to remind me of beautiful Perth :) I am only checking 5 blogs while I'm away (as I can't miss them for over 4 months) & yours is of course one of them - so to stop past & see this post about our lil ole hometown was perfectly apt. Having travelled now, and only for awhile it has made me realise just how gorgeous Perth actually is. With its great little coffee spots & beautiful beaches and laid back lifestyle. I hope your time there was magical Hope & it you got in as much coffee drinking & winters sun as possible xx
