Toronto feels a little like my beloved Melbourne (without the good coffee). It's most well known for its foodie scene, the shopping in Yorkville and cool night-time bars and clubs. We spent last weekend there and it consisted mainly of long and leisurely meals, sleeping and oohing and ahhing over the view from the top of the CN Tower - much like this cute couple.
It's always amazing, standing up high above a city like this. It reminds me of how many lives are being lived around me, each person walking their own path towards happiness and satisfaction. It's humbling, realizing what a small part of this huge and wonderful world I am... as well as how fortunate I am to have the life I lead, although I take it for granted sometimes.

Toronto is truly a lovely and friendly city, I've been there a long time ago but from your descriptions it sounds as lovely and cosmopolitan as ever. How amazing is that view from the CN Tower! Have a great weekend dear!
Oh I loved Toronto! I saw Bon Jovi there a few years ago but didn't get anywhere near enough time there. x
I'm from Ottawa, which is Toronto's biggest rivalry. So really, I'm supposed to hate Toronto, but I LOVE it there. I'm actually going to be there for a couple days at the end of this month, and I can't wait!
Toronto feels so surreal for me because it´s the whole world far away but I believe it´s everything you say it is. You are so lucky to have such places within your reach... ;)

Hi darling, hope you are well and the start to October has been a great one. What is the weather like now in NYC?
i have family over there but i've never been. always curious tho :) some times i wish i was closer to other places (living down under is kind of really far from everyone else haha) but the good coffee here may be just the compromise..

I've only been to Toronto once - when I was pregnant with my third baby, We were looking to see if we could move there, then walked the streets at 40 below and decided we could not do the cold, no way....
What a lovely post. Have yet to visit Toronto..
My best friend from college lives in Toronto so I've visited a few times. It's a lovely city and it sounds like you enjoyed it in quite the lovely manner. You went at a good time cause it's quite cold there in the winter :)
Hope all is well sweetie!

I love Toronto. I get up there as often as I can :)
Hope you're having a great weekend! xoxo
I haven't been but if it's like Melbourne as you say, I'm sure I will love it! I'm not a coffee drinker either, so it's okay :)
